POPMAEE sells well-designed quartz and mechanical watches at honest prices. Photos represent the products we ship; contact support if you need additional images or videos before purchase.
Orders & payment
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. We use a secure checkout and do not store full card details on our servers. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice until an order is accepted.
Shipping
Ready-to-ship orders typically leave within 24–48 hours. Delivery is usually 5–10 business days depending on destination and customs. See our Shipping Policy for tracking, packaging, and address accuracy.
Customs guarantee
Packages are packed discreetly. If a shipment is seized under our guarantee terms, contact support by email with your order details for replacement guidance.
Warranty
Swiss-mechanism watches include a two-year warranty against mechanical defects. Japanese-movement models may differ in materials and movement; ask support before ordering if you need specifics.
Cancellations
Changes or cancellations can only be made if the order has not yet shipped. Contact support immediately.
